We are excited to announce the official launch of ADR Consulting Engineers (Suffolk) Ltd. The third independent business unit to be established as part of the ADR Group Holdings Ltd initiative.
Specifically, this is a significant milestone for the ADR Group. What began as a focused MEP engineering consultancy has grown into a genuinely regional force, with independent operations now firmly rooted across the South East and Eastern regions of the UK. Suffolk represents the next chapter, and we could not be more excited about what lies ahead.

ADR Group Holdings Ltd has been established with a clear vision: to build a network of high-performing, independently led MEP engineering consultancies. Each deeply embedded within their local markets, and collectively capable of delivering across a far broader geography.
That vision is now taking shape.
ADR Consulting Engineers Ltd (Kent) was the founding company, formed in 2020 and has built a strong reputation for delivering technically rigorous, commercially astute building services design across a wide range of sectors. Their team brings precision, professionalism, and a client-first approach to every project they touch.
Similarly ADR Consulting Engineers (Essex) Ltd has rapidly established itself as a trusted partner across the Essex market and beyond, Combining deep technical knowledge with the agility and responsiveness that modern construction programmes demand.
Together with the new Suffolk operation, these three businesses form what we genuinely believe is a powerhouse of MEP engineering expertise. Coordinated under one group, but led locally by experienced directors who know their markets, their clients, and their craft.
Introducing Daniel Moynihan — Director, ADR Consulting Engineers (Suffolk) Ltd
To lead this expansion, Daniel Moynihan has been appointed Director of the Suffolk business unit. Furthermore, his appointment reflects the calibre of individual at the heart of this group’s growth.
Daniels appointment strengthens not only the Suffolk operation but the group as a whole. His knowledge, his professional network, and his commitment to quality engineering practice are exactly what the ADR Group represents.

I am pleased to be starting a new role with ADR Consulting Engineers, leading the launch of ADR Consulting Engineers in Suffolk.
It is a great opportunity to build something from the ground up, developing a strong team, growing client relationships and delivering high quality engineering across the region.
The focus is clear: deliver BS3 effectively, raise the standard, and build a capability that clients and contractors can rely on.
I am very excited and looking forward to what is ahead.
Career Highlights — Daniel Moynihan
With a career spanning from hands on electrical contracting through to senior leadership within multidisciplinary consultancies. Daniel brings a unique combination of practical installation knowledge and advanced design expertise. This enables him to bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring coordinated, buildable and efficient engineering solutions.
Daniel has led the delivery of numerous high profile projects, including high rise residential developments in excess of 1,000+ units, complex mixed use regeneration schemes, and specialist facilities such as film studios, performing arts buildings and educational developments.
In addition to project delivery, his core technical expertise includes:
- HV/LV electrical infrastructure,
- Site wide distribution strategies,
- Life safety systems,
- Standby power provisions,
- Sustainability systems,
- Integrated building services design.
Daniel also has extensive experience across all RIBA stages and in managing Contractor Design Portion (CDP) elements.
In addition to his technical leadership, Daniel has a strong commercial focus, with a proven ability in securing major project opportunities, developing fee proposals and managing project financial performance. He has successfully contributed to high-value fee bids and strategic growth initiatives within previous roles.
As a former electrical contractor and business owner, Daniel applies a delivery-focused and pragmatic approach to engineering. Ensuring design intent is aligned with construction realities and project risk is effectively managed.
