We can offer a direct solution to any project at RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation & Brief stage) or RIBA Stage 2 (Concept) where we can support the project under a traditional form, carrying out all of the BSRIA Guide 6 duties from Stage 1-2, all the way through to Stage 7. We will take the “Preparation & Brief” or “Concept” and develop a solution that fits the project budget, requirements and restrictions. Ensuring clear, and collaborative communication is established from the beginning. We are confident that by introducing us at an early stage, we can develop a cost efficient, sustainable solution for any project. We have a proven track record in delivering award winning projects (which are available on request).

We have established relationships with a number of Mechanical, Electrical and MEP Contractors that have been developed over many projects. With this established working relationship, we have inherent knowledge and understanding of capability, project programme, lead-in and preferred manufacturers and equipment selection.
This unique knowledge gives us the ability to react instantly to projects. Meaning rapid mobilisation, design and delivery from a “one stop shop” solution. We have a number of case studies that illustrate our ability to design, and deliver a solution within weeks… not months.
This saves on project design fees (compared to traditional), reduction in programme and developing the right solution, first time.
