ADR Consulting Engineers were appointed to complete the design and build duties for the MEP services. Developing the current RIBA Stage 3 information to Stage 6 for construction record for both the mechanical, electrical and public health services. Providing a fully coordinated, ER compliant package for installation and record information.
The design of the buildings targeted BREEAM Very Good, EPC A+ rating, Net Zero Carbon, Secured by Design certification and will also include renewable technology with on-site electrical generation via roof mounted Photovoltaic Panels.
