The ADR Group are absolutely thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Raz Stoica and Joshua Gilson to the Suffolk team.
Raz has joined the Suffolk team as an Associate Mechanical Engineer and Joshua has joined as a Trainee Electrical Engineer, we are looking forward to them both becoming an integral part of ADR Suffolk.
A few words from Raz.
“I have over 16 years of dedicated experience in Building Services, both within the UK and internationally. During this period, I have had the privilege of working on a wide array of projects that have significantly shaped my career. These projects have spanned various sectors, including residential, commercial, educational, industrial, scientific and MOD facilities. My involvement in these diverse projects has been extensive, often from the initial RIBA Stage 1 through to RIBA Stage 4a, which has provided me with a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the entire building services process, following by on site assistance being on client side.
As a Building Services Engineer with a Master Degree in Energy Efficiency, I like combining my technical know-how with a client-focused approach. My passion for delivering sustainable solutions is at the heart of what I do. I aim to optimise building performance, ensuring every project not only meets but consistently exceeds my clients’ expectations. I truly believe that by integrating innovative energy efficient practices, we can create buildings that are not only functional but also environmentally responsible.
Outside of my professional life, I find great joy in playing golf, skiing and football. These activities are not just hobbies for me, they are essential to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I cherish the time I spend with my family as it provides me with invaluable insights and fresh perspectives that I bring back to my work. Engaging in these activities helps me recharge and stay motivated, allowing me to approach my career with renewed energy and enthusiasm’.
A few words from Joshua.
“I’m really excited to be starting my journey as a Trainee Electrical Engineer at ADR. I look forward to learning from the team, developing my skills, and getting involved in future projects.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me playing football, at the gym, or out on the golf course. I currently play Football on the weekends, which has helped me build strong teamwork, discipline, and resilience, while golf keeps me focused and always looking to improve.
I enjoy setting goals, challenging myself, and continuously learning, qualities that I hope will help me as I begin my career with ADR.“
We are looking forward to watching Raz and Joshua grow, both professionally and personally. Their journey here at ADR will be one of continuous learning, growth, and contribution.
