Today, ADR Group Holdings Ltd are proud to announce a landmark appointment for our businesses. Alexander Dickinson FCCA has joined the Group as our first Non-Executive Director!
This is a milestone moment for ADR. As the Group has grown — now spanning three operating businesses across Kent, Essex and Suffolk — so has our commitment to strong governance, financial discipline and independent oversight. Alex’s appointment formalises a relationship that has, in truth, been part of the ADR story from day one.
A partnership from the very beginning
Alex has been alongside ADR since before we formally began trading as a limited company. From our earliest days, he has provided the financial insight, governance and stewardship that helped shape ADR today. From a start-up consultancy into the structured, multi-company group we are today.
At every step of our journey — every new office, every new venture, every strategic decision — Alex has been there, challenging our thinking, strengthening our financial foundations and helping us build a business designed to last. His appointment as Non-Executive Director is the natural next chapter in a collaboration built on trust, honesty and shared standards.

About Alex
Alex is Managing Director of Dickinsons Accountancy, a respected practice based in Herne Bay, Kent, originally founded by his father. Under Alex’s stewardship, Dickinsons has gone from strength to strength, supporting businesses across the region with accountancy, tax and advisory services.
