Where did 2024 go?! We can’t believe it has been almost two years since Nat and Don joined Lex Rouzee as directors of ADR.
There is so much to reflect upon and to be proud of over the last year. It has been a year of new team members, non-stop deadlines, new business relationships, completed degrees, departure lounges, and some very late nights! Ultimately, the last year has been about teamwork, resilience and laughter but, most importantly friendship.
Progression
This year ADR has grown, not just in team members but offices too! There are now 12 of us, with offices in Canterbury and Essex. This year we have welcomed, Josh, Chris, Glenn and Matt to the team and we could not imagine ADR without them. In for the long haul guys!

We believe it is extremely important that the team spend time together outside of work to relax, and build strong friendships. This year the team took a well deserved day off in the summer for clay pigeon shooting and a BBQ, enjoyed a curry night out just because, next up is the Christmas meal.
Projects
ADR have had the privilege to work on some amazing projects this year from grade 1 listed buildings here in Kent to projects across the channel. We have installed heat pumps into historic buildings, sustainably updated heating systems, RIBA Stage 5 3D modelling and provided a full Revit model and detailed installation for residential renovations.

ADR Events
Networking at the Sail Box, Folkestone.
We wanted to give something back to our loyal and long-standing clients, partnerships and of course our dedicated team. Thank you to all who attended our evening event at the Sail box in Folkestone back in July.
It was great to relax, have a drink (or two…) and of course talk a little bit of shop! A big thank you to Lucy’s brother Mark and his team for a great night.

None of what we have achieved this year could be done without our incredible team. They have put in long hours, stayed away from home, learnt new skills and met every deadline we have asked of them. After all that, they still come into work everyday with a smile. A huge thank you to every single one of you, we couldn’t do it without you. Now it is time for a well deserved rest.
