Lex Rouzee

Director
Lex originally started on-site as an apprentice at the age of 18 and worked his

way up to a foreman/ supervisor role. In 2012 he embarked on a career shift that saw him leave the site-based role and begin his career in Consulting. He enrolled at London South Bank University and eventually moved into a partner position at a previous consulting engineer practice.
ADR Consulting Engineers was originally set up to support Electrical Contractors with D&B capability, but it now has grown to offer full MEP design from concept through to completion.  Having experience in both installation and design/consultancy has enabled Lex to have an overarching approach to MEP design. “Having a working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems is a massive advantage on complex projects”. Lex is fully conversant in Dialux/Relux, ElectricalOM, ProDesign, and AutoCAD MEP and spent many years working on BIM Level 2 projects.

Nat Godden

Working to balance academia with practical understanding, he has been working with Revit for over 10 years and believes in producing calculations and detailed drawings, even for the smallest of projects to support the site installation and improve the operational performance of buildings when in use.

Nat has mechanical design experience across most sectors, including manufacturing and industry, laboratories and cleanrooms, healthcare, education, commercial and residential. Working on projects from inception to completion, he believes engineers should be able to understand or at the very least appreciate all aspects of construction and have an ability to work closely with all team members, keeping collaboration front and centre in all projects.

Don Foster

Chris started in the construction sector over 14 years ago, as an apprentice engineer

whilst studying part time. During this time he attained an ONC from City of Westminster College. Chris attended London South Bank University to complete the BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering. He has a passion for mechanical design, in particular the use of calculation software to provide accurate reports and equipment schedules for every project, presented concisely and clearly.

Josh Butcher

Snr Elec Engineer
Josh began his career in the industry working as an Electrical Estimator after

completing his A-levels in Maths, Business and Product Design. He has since moved on to working as an intermediate design engineer with more than 5 years’ experience in the Building Services Engineering industry. Josh has previously worked within a contractor environment which has provided him with the knowledge and understanding to the critical role design plays in delivering quality projects onsite. In 2020 he obtained a HNC in Building Services Engineering achieving a distinction, before progressing onto London South Bank University where he is currently studying for a Batchelor’s of Engineering.

Through studying and industry experience Josh has gained a great interest for the technicalities and fine detail contained within engineering. Josh has ambitions to progress on to further education within the engineering field, as well as to seek CIBSE chartership.

Jasper Simmonds

Snr Mech Engineer Jasper began his career in the industry as a junior engineer after completing

his A-levels in Maths, Physics and Product Design. In 2020 he obtained a HNC in Building Services Engineering achieving a distinction, before progressing onto London South Bank University where he is currently studying for a Batchelor’s of Engineering.
Through studying and industry experience, Jasper has discovered great enthusiasm towards engineering design, calculations, and collaborative working to help deliver high quality projects. Jasper has ambitions to progress his technical understanding further and obtain CIBSE chartership.
Outside of work, Jasper is part of the England U23 8-Ball Pool squad, and enjoys competing internationally.

Alfie McCann

Building Services Apprentice Engineer Alfie was educated at DGSB, where his interest in engineering originated,

After this he embarked on a year of a level 3 electrical apprenticeship, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a variety of commercial and industrial installations and an understanding of the practicalities and challenges of design. He is now Studying his level 3 in building services at London South bank college. Passionate about problem-solving and continuous learning, he enjoys the challenges of a technical environment. Alfie aims to excel at his level 3 and move onto university to continue his studies afterwards.

James Rose

Revit Technician For over 20 years Jim has worked within the construction industry.

Initially starting as an electrical apprentice and then moving on to set up and run the in-house drawing department for an electrical contractor.
With the wealth of experience gained during his time working for an electrical contractor Jim moved to a Consultancy practice. Once in consulting, he developed a passion for producing clean, detailed & visually correct drawings needed for his clients. This passion developed into embracing a new way of working in 2014 when he was introduced to Revit and instantly set about combining this new way of working with industry recognised industry standards such as BSRIA BG6.
