It is true what they say, everyday is a school day and this year has been a huge learning curve. There is so much to look back on and to be proud of over the last 12 months. It has been a year of new team members, short deadlines, new business relationships, graduations, last minute trips, and even more late nights! Ultimately, the last year has been about teamwork, resilience and support.
Progression
The ADR team has continued to grow, this year we have welcomed Alfie McCann to the Kent office and Scott Lawson and Ryan Moynihan to the Essex office.
Team Building
This year the teams summer event was spent at Goodwood festival of speed. The cars on show were incredible, the noise, the dust and the red arrows made for an unforgettable day. It was great to spend time together away from the screens.
Projects
ADR have worked on some great projects this year across Kent and across the channel. We are able to produce highly detailed Revit models across all our projects. We have produced plant room drawings, survey reports, as builts and thermal calculations.
Achievements
A massive congratulations to Josh and Jasper who attended their graduation ceremony last month at Southbank University. It is no surprise they both achieved firsts, we are all extremely proud of you both.
This year also saw Jasper promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer.
We have been working alongside Jasper since he was sixteen, having completed a few weeks of work experience. He has subsequently completed a degree, obtaining a First on his journey to becoming a highly competent engineer. Jasper has shown a passion for all things engineering, specialising in thermal modelling and detailed analysis – he absolutely loves a spreadsheet!
Jasper is a dedicated, consistent, and skilled engineer who’s comedic timing is also on par with his academic ability.

ADR Events
Once again we hosted our summer networking event at the Sail Box on the Harbour Arm, in Folkestone. It is the perfect venue to relax, catch up and enjoy the sea view. Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who attended. Finally, a big thank you to Mark and his team for another great night, same again next year?!
ADR Essex

Residential: Delivering the Stage 4 M&E design and Gateway 2 submission for North Street, Guildford and Stage 5 design for Ledbury Estate Phase 1.
Industrial/Commercial: Completed Stage 4 designs for Waltham Abbey (D25), Roding Lane, and the Tottenham Urban Hub.
Infrastructure: Continued our work on vital rail projects, including the Colchester Station redevelopment and Woodbridge Station footbridge.
ADR Essex is going from strength to strength and 2026 looks to be another amazing year starting with a move to a larger office on the horizon and new framework agreements earmarked.

This year has seen the team become closer and even more supportive of each other. Just like last year all of our achievements are down to our unbelievably talented and dedicated team. The team continues to put in long hours, stay away from home, learn new skills and always go the extra mile. The determination and drive of the team is admirable. The biggest of thank you’s to every single one of you, you are all incredible. We look forward to what 2026 will bring.
