After a leave of absence from the industry, we are proud to welcome Matt Daniel back to Engineering. Matt took a 6-year break from consultancy, and we are incredibly proud that he has chosen ADR Consulting Engineers as the place to restart his career.
I have had the privilege of working alongside Matt Daniel many years at a previous company. I was always impressed at Matt dedication to the task in hand, and his relentless pursuit of perfection in everything he does.

Matt Daniel
Matt started his career in building services engineering graduating attending Coventry University with a first-class honours degree in Building Services Engineering (BEng). He obtained a position as graduate consultant engineer and has since gone from strength to strength. Progressing onto intermediate engineer and later completing a part-time masters degree in Sustainable Energy Systems (MSc) from London South Bank University. This was alongside working and progressing further in his career gaining valuable experience with projects across a range of different industries; health care, laboratories, care-homes, 5-star hotels, high-end residential, and education to name just a few.
After taking a period of time out of the industry, Matt is very glad and motivated to be returning to building services engineering and even more so joining ADR having previously worked with the team and knowing the high quality of work they produce.
Matt has been with us for over a month now. During his time he has seamlessly integrated with the team. Quickly becoming a valued resource by supporting projects.
As you can imagine we have seen a lot of changes over 6 years. Matt has very quickly adapted to our way of approaching design and consultancy.
