Small residential scheme for Ashford Borough Council consisting of four properties arranged as ground and first floor flats. These flats utilised the latest MEP technologies such as ASHP linked to underfloor heating systems and roof mounted PV arrays. Electric vehicle charging points were provided for each flat to allow residents to charge vehicles further utilising power generated by the PV panels.
