We are very excited to officially welcome Scott and Josh B to the ADR team. Scott, Don, James and Lex have worked together in the past. Jasper and Josh have been collaborating at London South Bank University for a few years now.
Both Scott and Josh B. are driven, passionate engineers with an eye for detail and come from contracting backgrounds. We are thrilled to have them with us.

Scott, Josh T and Stephen will be working towards something very special we hope to share with you soon. Scott’s technical ability, experience and knowledge of building services will undoubtedly push ADR Consulting Engineers Ltd to new heights.
Below is a personal insight into the new Associate Director for ADR Consulting Engineers Ltd.
Associate Director
Scott started his career working in the design office of a design and build contractor alongside his studies as a modern apprentice.
Scott then joined a large consultancy in 2013, working closely with clients and contractors developing MEP services for large scale projects. As a result, Scott has gained extensive experience within multiple sectors during his time within commercial, residential, rail and defence.
Since enrolling as a member of the IET, Scott was awarded his IEng professional registration status in 2017 registering on the engineering council.
With a proven ability to develop large scale M&E projects, Scott has been involved in the UK film industry delivering the electrical design for a large scale multi-studio project.
Scott is fully conversant with multiple electrical design platforms, therefore Scott can adapt and evolve complex systems. He enjoys collaborating with consultants and contractors to achieve engineered solutions.
Josh Butcher
It is with great pleasure we can officially welcome Josh B to the team. Josh has been working for a large MEP contractor and has a unique insight into MEP contractors that we would like to leverage to support our clients

Lex Rouzee
Josh B’s drive, commitment and dedication to the job in hand makes him a valuable team member. His insight into contracting, equipment, challenges and opportunities for efficiency will be game changing for us. Here is a little backdrop of our newest Building Services Engineer at ADR Consulting Engineers Ltd.
Intermediate Building Services Engineer
Josh began his career working as an Electrical Estimator following his A-levels in Maths, Business and Product Design. He moved on to working as an intermediate design engineer, with 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering.
Josh previously worked within a contractor environment providing him with the knowledge and understanding to the critical role design plays in delivering quality projects onsite. In 2020 Josh obtained an HNC in Building Services Engineering achieving a distinction. Josh then went onto London South Bank University where he is currently studying for a Batchelor’s in Engineering.
Through studying and industry experience Josh has gained a great interest for the technicalities and fine detail contained within engineering. Josh has ambitions to progress on to further education primarily seeking CIBSE chartership.
