After a successful Phase 1 delivery, Phase 2 well is underway at The Royal Sands Ramsgate. ADR Consulting Engineers have been appointed to support the next phase of works at the fantastic Royal Sands site in Ramsgate.
In August 2020, ADR Consulting Engineers were appointed to support the first phase at the Royal Sands, Ramsgate. After an initial kick-off meeting, we identified the risks, developed a scope of works and started the design process to support the scheme.
“Royal Sands Ramsgate is a unique development of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments positioned in a prime location just 10 yards from the beach. Every apartment has its own terrace and unique uninterrupted sea views across the English Channel. This development will have on-site private parking for each apartment. There will also be a hotel, leisure and retail alongside the beachside promenade.”
