The ADR Group are absolutely thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Jithin Joshy and Alex Martin to both Essex and Kent respectively.
Jithin has joined the Essex team as a REVIT/CAD Technician and Alex Martin has joined the Kent team as building services engineer, we are looking forward to them becoming an integral part of both teams.
A few words from Jithin.
“I am a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong background in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Revit-based design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Since beginning my career in November 2017 as a BIM Engineer in India, I have developed extensive experience in creating and coordinating detailed Revit models for a wide range of projects. During this period, I worked on both architectural and structural models, gaining a solid understanding of design standards, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
In November 2025, I joined IBSECAD in Canterbury as a BIM Technician, where I expanded my expertise into MEP services and further enhanced my Revit skills within a UK working environment. In June 2026, I progressed to the role of Revit Technician at ADR Consulting, continuing to work on MEP projects while contributing to the delivery of coordinated and high-quality BIM solutions.
I am passionate about continuous learning, emerging BIM technologies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient project outcomes. I enjoy working on a variety of projects that challenge me to grow both technically and professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, and have a keen interest in sports, particularly badminton and cricket.”
A few words from Alex.
“Alex attended the University of the West of England studying Mechanical Engineering, where he graduated in 2023 achieving a First class with Honours. During his time there, he developed his mathematical and technical skills, whilst also honing his project management skills.
Shortly after graduating, Alex began working for Ametek MRO AEM as an Inspector. The role required him to assess the condition of aircraft landing gear against the OEM specification drawings through visual and dimensional checks. This position gave Alex a keen eye for detail, a love for quality, and a strong aptitude for engineering drawings.
Engineering was the obvious career path for Alex, because he enjoys constantly learning and solving problems, and there is never a day in engineering where you don’t come across a problem and learn something new while solving it. He also finds a huge sense of pride and achievement when contributing to a project and being able to see the end result.
During his spare time Alex enjoys going to the gym and working on his project car, a 1971 Renault Rodeo.”
We are looking forward to watching Jithin and Alex grow, both professionally and personally. Their journey here at ADR will be without a doubt one of continuous learning, growth, and contribution.
